摘要
通过流滴消雾剂的作用机理和EVA、LLDPE的分子结构讨论,对三层EVA/LLDPE共挤长效流滴消雾多功能棚膜各层树脂的选择和各层的流滴消雾剂添加量进行了筛选,提出了合理的配方设计,最终开发出EVA/LLDPE低成本的多功能长效流滴消雾多功能棚膜。
The working mechanism of non - drop fog - eliminating agent and the molecular structure of EVA and LLDPE were discussed respectively. The selection of the resins and the usage of non- drop fog- eliminating a-gents in every layer of the three layer coextruded multi - functional EVA/LLDPE shed film were studied. Res-onable formulating of recipe for the film was given, thus producing low cost multi - functional shed film with long - term non - drop and fog - eliminating effects.
