摘要
制磷电炉是黄磷生产装置的关键设备 ,通过对某制磷电炉耐火混凝土炉顶损坏原因分析 ,指出施工和安装阶段要重视科学管理 ,在投产前要制定烘炉技术方案 ,在烘炉阶段要加强技术管理和精心操作 。
The electrical furnace is the key equipment of the phosphorus-producing plant.By analyzing the causes of damage to the refractory concrete top of a certain electrical furnace.It is pointed that scientific management should be emphasized in the construction and erection stage,a technical scheme for baking the furnace should be prepared before commissioning,technical management and elaborate operation should be intensified in the furnace-baking stage and safe production should be considered.
