摘要
研究编织复合材料的力学性能和复杂的几何细观结构时 ,单胞概念起重要作用。对于四步1:1法编织的三维四向矩形编织复合材料 ,本文指出了将其划分为单胞的现有方法的一些不足之处 ,提出了对任意织物阵列情况都是为正确的新划分方法 ,并给出相应的单胞图形和单胞数计算式。所做工作有助于对这种材料细观构造的准确掌握 ,为性能分析提供了良好基础。
Idea of unit cell plays important roles in researches on mechanical performances and complicated geometric microstructure of braided composites.To 3-dimensional 4-directional rectangular composites braided by 4-step 1:1 procedure,the shortcomings of the existing method dividing the material into unit cells are pointed out in this paper.A new division method right for any array pattern of the preforms is developed,and corresponding graphics of the unit cells & formulas to determine numbers of the unit-cells are given too.Works done here is helpful to accurate master this material's microstructure,and provides a good basis for analysis of this material's behaviors.
