摘要
渗透汽化是分离某一液体物质含量较低的液体混合物的实用分离方法。高性能渗透汽化膜的开发、膜组件及系统的合理设计是实现膜技术工业化的两个关键因素。分析了渗透汽化膜用于酯化工业耦合脱水工艺的研究现状 ,展望渗透汽化膜在制备乳酸酯的酯化反应。
Pervaporation is being considered for wide commercial applications as a means of separating liquid component with low concentration from liquid mixture.The development of high performance membrane and rational design of membrane device and system are two key factors for industrilization of membrane separation technology.The recent advances in pervaporation membrane and dehydration technical processes from esterification reaction mixture with pervaporation were discussed in this paper,and anticipation of some applications,such as esterification of lactic acid,condensation of bisphenol A and ester synthesis of chiral compound by lipase,are surveyed.
