ABS微观结构与宏观性能的关系研究

THE STUDY OF MICROCOSMIC STRUCTURE AND PROPERTY OF ABS

利用电子显微镜(透射和扫描)对ABS材料的微观结构进行了观测,并揭示了微观结构与宏观性能的关系。实验结果表明:ABS材料的微观相形态、分布及界面结合情况对其性能尤其是冲击性能有着重要影响。

Microcosmic structure of ABS was researched by scanning and transmission electron microscope. And the relationship between microcosmic structure and properties was studied. The results showed that the performances, especially the impact strength, were strongly affected by the microcosmic structure, the phase distribution and the combination of interface.
