乙醇封端异氰酸酯扩链剂的合成及对PET增粘的研究 被引量:1

摘要 合成了一种乙醇封端型异氰酸酯扩链剂,该扩链剂在加热的条件下能还原出高反应活性的异氰酸酯基团,用DSC、红外光谱进行了表征,对其解封闭机理及动力学以及它对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)扩链增粘的效果作了研究。 A chain extender was synthesized by using MDI capped with ethanol which could be reversed to high active diisocyanate group at high temperature. Its structure and thermal property were characterized by means of DSC, FTIR and its uncapped kinetics was discussed. This chain extender was used to increase the viscosity of PET during reactive extruding.The results showed that this kind of chain extender was effective after about 12 minutes.
