Brand is an important factor in market competition. There's different ways to utilize the brand. Some follow so-called brand-extension practice and others adopt multi-brand tactics. The author makes comparison on them. The market competition is becoming more and more vigorous. Many enterprises adopt different measures such as establishing service network, appealing for green coatings products, etc, to strengthen their position in the competition. How to use our own brand in this ompetition is a question we should carefully consider.
