摘要
最近人们发现在室温下ZnO薄膜能产生强烈的光受激辐射 ,这表明此种材料可用于制造紫外光半导体激光器 ,此种激光器在光信息存贮上有广泛应用 .
In recent years it has been observed that strong stimulated emission can be produced films at room temperature in ZnO, which could thus be used to make semiconductor UV lasers. This type of laser has wide applications in data storage. In this paper the stimulated emission in ZnO films prepared by different techniques is reviewed.
