通过分子设计,确定了共聚聚丙烯中乙丙橡胶质量、乙烯含量、乙丙橡胶和共聚聚丙烯特性粘数等因素对其宏观性能的影响,并确定了各因素的最佳控制指标,在生产能力为40kt/a的工业装置上开发了本体法工艺汽车用共聚聚丙烯树脂。
A kind of speciality propylene copolymer for automobile was successfully synthesized with the bulk polymerization process in a commercial plant having capacity of 40,000 t/a. Through the molecular design, the influence of some key factors such as the ethylene content and the quality and inherent viscosity of the ethylene - propylene rubber on the macro - behaviour of the speciality propylene copolymer were studied. The optimized controlling indexes for main process parameters in the production of the speciality were determined.
