摘要
采用提拉法生长 β′-相掺钕钼酸钆晶体。在 10 0 0℃温度下烧结 72h合成钼酸钆粉末样品。研究了生长工艺 ,拉速 0 .3~ 3mm/h ,转速 10~ 4 0r/min。沿 [0 0 1]方向生长出35mm的掺钕钼酸钆单晶 ,晶体为紫色 ,透明。钕离子分凝系数略大于 1。
Single crystals of β ′ Nd 3+ :Gd 2(MoO 4) 3 have been grown by Czochralski method.Sample of Gd 2(MoO 4) 3 powder was synthetized at the sintering temperature of 1000℃ for 72 hours.The growth conditions were investigated,and the single crystal of Nd 3+ :Gd 2(MoO 4) 3 grown along direction with diameter of 35mm was transparent and puple.The pulling rate is 0.3 3mm/h and rotation rate is 10 40r/min.The effective segregation coefficient of Nd 3+ is slightly more than 1.
