摘要
本文研究了大尺寸、高光学质量无机闪烁晶体Ce3 + :YAG的生长 ,并对它的吸收光谱和荧光光谱进行了测量和分析。在克服了晶体易开裂和出现宏观缺陷的情况下 ,采用提拉法成功生长出直径达 4 5mm的Ce3 + :YAG单晶。光谱测量表明晶体具有优良的光学性能。
In this paper,the growth of inorganic scintillator Ce 3+:YAG with large size and high optical quality have been researched and its absorption and fluorescence spectra have also been measured and analyzed.Ce 3+:YAG with diameter of 45mm have been grown using Czochralski method after overcoming the problems of crack and macroscopic defects in the crystal during growing.Its spectra indicate that the grown Ce 3+:YAG has high optical quality.The grown crystals have been applied in the field of inspection of large scale integrated circuits.
