载脂蛋白H与血栓的研究进展
摘要
载脂蛋白H是分子量约 5 0KD的糖蛋白 ,它作为血浆一种抑制凝血因子 ,表现出抗凝活性 ,并参与介导磷脂抗磷脂抗体复合物的形成。其分子结构、理化特性、编码基因均已陆续阐明 ,但具体生理功能尚不清楚 。
