摘要
目的间接免疫荧光法测定子宫内膜IgG抗体,以探讨其诊断子宫内膜异位症(endom-etriosis,EMT)的临床价值。方法共收集血清标本91份,分A(EMT),B(正常对照)、C(疾病对照)三组,以 EMT正位内膜冰冻切片作抗原片,用间接免疫荧光法检测各组血清中的子宫内膜 IgG抗体。结果A组荧光染色阳性率(87.2%),与B、C组差异有显著性(P<0.005),荧光染色阳性率与EMT组的分期及月经周期的不同阶段无明显关系(P>0.05)。用间接荧光法诊断EMT敏感性为87.2%,特异性98.1%。阳性血清的几何均值为1∶33.24(滴度范围1∶20-1∶320)。结论用间接免疫荧光法检测血清中的子宫内膜 IgG抗体诊断 EMT敏感性强,特异性高。
Objective To investigate endometrial IgG antibodies with indirect immunoflureascence assay IFA and to evaluated clinical value of diagnosis of endometriosis (EMT). Methods 91 sera samples were divided into group A (EMT), B(normal control) and C (disease control). The sera samples from each group were tested by ⅡFA with endometrial frozen sections from group A. Results The positive rate was the highest (87. 2%, P < 0. 005) in group A, the positive rate was not related to the stages of EMT and the phases of menstrual cycle (P > 0. 05). The experiment mean titer were l:33. 24 (1:20 to 1:320) in positive sera from group A, 87 .2% sensitivity and 98. 1% specificity with a negative predicative value of 91.1%. Conclusions The endometrial IgG in sera can be determined by IFA, it has high sentivity and specificily, convenient and practical in clinical diagnosis of EMT.
