黑龙江省东部农场大豆孢囊线虫发生代数与高峰期研究

The Research on Generations and the Peak Period of the Morbidity of Soybean Cyst Nematode Occurred in Eastern Farm

通过采用异地取土、设固定试验区、适期早播并定期田间调查等方法 ,研究大豆孢囊线虫在黑龙江省东部农场发生的代数和高峰期 ,试验结果表明 ,在黑龙江省东部农场大豆孢囊线虫一年发生三代 ,前两代孢囊总数高峰比褐色孢囊高峰早些 ,第三代孢囊总数高峰与褐色孢囊高峰基本同步。

The generations and the peak period of the morbidity of SCN (Soybean Cyst Nematode) occurred in farm 853 were studied through the use of the soil from other place, specific site test, early sowing in proper time, and the investigation at fixed period. The results showed that the SCN occurred three times a year, the peak mount of the cyst of the first two generations appear earlier than brown cyst's and the peak of the third generation occurred nearly at the same time with brown cyst.
