文章首先讨论了加入WTO后 ,我国国有独资商业银行充实资本金的紧迫性 ,对我国国有独资商业银行充实资本金的各种可能途径进行了分析 ,提出了未来 5年过渡期 ,我国国有独资商业银行快速充实资本金的两种现实选择。

The paper mainly discusses the urgencies of increasing capital of the state-owned commercial bank after entering into WTO. Based on the analysis of each possible approach of increasing capital of China's state-owned commercial bank, the author proposed two practical and effective ways to the bank in the next five years.
