摘要
利用激动素 (KT)、α 萘乙酸 (NAA)、6 苄基氨基嘌呤 (6 BA)、吲哚乙酸 (IAA)和赤霉素 (GA3)等外源激素 ,对甘薯不同品种茎尖分生组织进行处理 ,研究其愈伤组织培养效果和植株再生情况。结果表明 :甘薯品种间对培养基有较强的选择性 ,在不同外源激素作用下品种成苗率存在明显差异 ;外源激素以 6 BA对甘薯茎尖分生组织培养效果较好 ,其甘薯茎尖成苗率可达 74%~ 88%。
Callus formation and plantlet regeneration of sweetpotato ( Ipomoea batatas Lam,) were studied, using kinetin (KT), α naphthylacetic acid ( α NAA), 6 benzylaminopurine (6 BA), 3 indolylacetic acid (IAA) and gibberelling 3 (GA 3) as exogenous growth substances and using meristems of different varieties as explants. Results were as follows: Varieties have obvious selectivity on medium; Variety plantlet rations were evidently different hormones; 6 BA was feasible hormone and the variety plantlet ration on the media containing 6 BA could reach 74%~88%.
