化学杀雄剂Ⅲ号诱导水稻雄性不育过程中幼穗、颖花、花药中核酸和蛋白质代谢研究 被引量:10

摘要 在幼穗发育的雌、雄蕊形成期 ,用化学杀雄剂 号 (30 mg/ m2 )处理水稻后 ,研究其幼穗、颖花 ,花药中蛋白质和核酸的代谢特点。在处理后第 5天的幼穗中 ,核酸和蛋白质含量明显低于对照 ,而相应水解酶活性明显高于对照。随幼穗发育 ,这种特点越来越显著 ,至处理后第 15天 ,花药中核酸总量、DNA、RNA含量和蛋白质含量比对照低 4 0 %以上 ,而相应水解酶活性比对照高达 4 6%以上。这些结果显示化学杀雄剂 号处理能使核酸和蛋白质严重匮乏 ,这可能是诱导水稻雄性不育的生化基础。 The metabolism of nucleic acid and protein in anther, spikelet and young panicle of rice was studied after Zhendao 88 ( japonica ) and HX 3( indica ) were sprayed with Chemical Hybridizing Agent Ⅲ(CHAⅢ) at the stamen and pistil primo rdia formation stage. At the 5th day after treatment, the contents of protein, D NA and RNA in the young panicles of the treated materials were obviously lower t han those of the control, while the related enzyme(proteinase, DNase and RNase) a ctivities were higher. With the development of young panicle, these features wer e more pronounced. At the 15th day after treatment, the contents of nucleic acid and protein in treated anthers were 40% lower than those of the control and the related enzyme activities were 46% higher. These results suggested that the enh anced enzyme activities of proteinase, DNase and RNase and lower contents of nuc leic acid and protein caused by the application of CHAⅢ might be the reason of the induced male sterility in rice.
