摘要
根据 RRM RNA结合蛋白基因家族共有保守序列设计特异引物 ,对水稻野败型细胞质雄性不育系、保持系、恢复系及 F1杂种单核期花药进行差异展示分析。不同材料间具有稳定表达的组成型RRM RNA结合蛋白基因 ,同时具有丰富的差异表达的具调控功能的 RRM RNA结合蛋白基因。不同材料间差异表达的 RRM RNA结合蛋白基因类型分析说明 RRM RNA结合蛋白基因家族参与了细胞质雄性不育系统的核质互作。
Differential display of mRNAs was used to analyze the difference of gene expression in uninucleate stage anthers of WA CM S system, including a sterile line, its maintainer line, erstorer line, F 1 hyb ri d, with RRM specific primer to study the molecular basis of interaction between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The primer was designed based on consensus sequen ce from RRM RNA binding protein gene family. The results showed that there were stable expressed fragments among the different mRNA samples. The different expr essed fragments were divided into several different types based on their relatio nship with the mRNA samples, which were thought to play an important role in reg ulating gene expression. The results indicated that the RRM RNA binding protein gene family participated in the pathway of interaction between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The specific expressed fragment in uninucleate stage anther from the F 1 hybrid was probably related to fertility restoration or heterosis.
