摘要
分别应用具有 112和 160个标记位点的两个籼 /籼交组合的 F2 群体的连锁图 ,对控制水稻株高的数量性状基因 (QTL)进行了研究。各定位了 4个和 3个株高 QTL,每个 QTL的贡献率在 5 .6%~ 2 2 .9%之间。在一个群体中 ,4个 QTL都表现为完全显性或超显性 ;在另一个群体中 ,3个 QTL均表现为部分显性。分别检测到 7对和 5对影响株高的双基因互作 ,其中一个群体以加性 -加性互作为主 ,另一个群体以加性 -显性 (或显性 -加性 )为主 ,两个群体中均没有检测到显性 -显性互作。另外 ,在二个群体中 ,都有 2个 QTL在染色体位置、基因作用模式和效应方向诸方面 ,与产量性状 QTL表现一致。
QTL for plant height (PH) were determined in two F 2 populations each derived from an indica/indica cross of rice. Four QTL for PH were detected in o ne population by employing a molecular linkage map of 112 markers, all of which displayed over dominance or complete dominance. In another population, three Q TL for PH were detected by employing a map of 160 markers, all of which display ed partial dominance. Each QTL explained 5.6% to 22.9% of the phenotype variatio n. Seven digenic interactions for PH were detected in one population, and the addi tive×additive interactions were predominant. Five digenic interactions were det ected in another population, and the additive×dominance (or dominance×additiv e) interactions were predominant. No dominance×dominance interactions were foun d in either populations. It was also found in each population that 2 QTL for PH were in good accordance with QTL for yield traits in terms of the chromosomal lo cation, gene action mode and the direction of dominance and additive effects.
