摘要
本研究对倒伏性不同的 2 0个大麦材料进行力学分析和根量、茎秆机械强度等 8项指标的测定与计算 ,综合考察了植物高度、单茎鲜重、茎秆机械强度和根量等各种因素的影响。通径分析结果显示 :根量和株高与大麦倒伏系数的关系最密切。相关分析表明 :倒伏系数与倒伏程度的相关性达极显著水平。以“倒伏系数”为衡量标准 ,能客观、准确地评价大麦材料的抗倒性。本研究为大麦根倒伏的抗性评价提供了有效方法 。
In 20 samples of barley with different lodg in g resistance, their stems were analyzed mechanically, and their root weight/stem and other 7 indexes were measured and computed. 'Lodging coefficient(LC)' had been applied in the evaluation of barley root lodging resistance. The components of LC involved the plant height, root weight/stem, fresh weight/stem and mechan ical strength of stem. The result of path analysis showed that root weight/stem and the plant height were closely related to LC. The result also showed the rel evance correlation of lodging coefficient and lodging degree reached remarkable l evel extremely. These could prove that the LC could evaluate the lodging resista nce of barley objectively and accurately. The study is the importance of breedin g in the lodging resistance of barley and evaluation for lodging resistance in v arieties.
