通过对保险利益原则适用对象的分析 ,认为保险利益原则不适用于投保人 ,指出被保险人和某些受益人应适用保险利益原则 ,并据此提出将中国《保险法》中保险利益定义应修改为“保险利益是被保险人和某些受益人对保险标的所具有的法律上承认的利益”

Through the analysis of the object applicable to the insurance interest principle, a conclusion is reached that the insurance interest is not applicable to the applicant, indicating that the insured and certain beneficiaries should be applicable to the insurance interest principle. Based on this conclusion, a proposal is made by the authors that the definition of insurance interest in the 'Insurance Law' of China should be revised as 'The insurance interest is the law-acknowledged interest owned by the insured and certain beneficiaries over the target of insurance'.
