On the Policy of “Burn all,Kill all,Loot all” of the Japanese Aggressors——A Case Study of the Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei Border Region

日本侵华暴行，以其“三光作战”最为残酷。就中共晋察冀抗日根据地而言，日军的 “三光作战”分为四个阶段，即初步发展阶段，系统化和组织化阶段，极端化阶段以及末路 阶段。日军侵华暴行，事实俱在，不容抵赖。

： Of the Japanese aggressors' atrocity in China , the most famous was th e policy of“Burn all,Kill all , Loot all' .In the case of the Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei Border Region,it consisted of four phases,namely,emergence and development,organization and systematization,going to extremes,and decline.All these brutal facts are true in history and absolutely cannot be denied by Japan.
