摘要
本文首先阐述了当今计算机应用与研究领域的热门问题即客户关系管理与数据挖掘技术的关系,同时提出了主动式数据挖掘的过程模型;在此研究的基础之上,结合实际应用,采用聚类分析的算法进行模式发现,为客户关系管理提供决策依据。
In this paper, we expound the relationship between the Customer Relationship Management, which is one of the most popular aspect in the fields of computer application and research, and Data Mining technique. As an example, on the base of Active Data Mining process model, we adopt the Clustering Analyzing method to find the potential modes iin the database for the decision in the Customer Relationship Management.
