The Values of Law in the Age of Knowledge Economy

21世纪是知识经济的时代。知识经济时代由于法所调整的社会关系的多样性和人的需求的多样性将导致法律价值的多元性 ,但秩序、自由、正义、效率仍将是法律追求的主要价值 ,不过其原有的内涵将发生某种程度的改变 ,作为促成这些价值实现手段的法律 。

The 21st Century is an age of knowledge economy. In the knowledge economy, the diversification of the social relations directed by law and the multiple demands of human beings will pluralize the values of the law. Although order, freedom, justice and efficiency should still be the major values pursued by law, the traditional meanings of those values will be changed. Therefore, law, as the measure to achieve those values, must be renovated.
