On Examination and Approval of the Administration Charges

行政事业性收费审批是行政审批的重要组成部分 ,存在着收费审批项目繁多且不规范、审批机构膨胀、审批效率低以及审批与审批机构收费相挂钩等诸多问题 ,这与 WTO规则、精减政府机构、提高办事效率和加强党风廉政建设的要求极不适应 ,改革行政事业性收费审批制度迫在眉睫。

The examination and approval of the administrative charges is one of the important concepts in administrative examination and approval. There have existed many problems concerning the collection of administrative charges, including too many items foe examination and approval, no standards to follow, overstaffed institutions, low efficiency and examination and approval relating to the examining and approving institutions. All these will not conform to the rules of WTO, government organization simplification and construction of a plain and clean government.
