我国高校教师职务评聘制度的建立和发展

The establishment and development of the System in Post Employment for Teachers in China's Colleges and Universities

1960年 3月 5日颁布《国务院关于高等学校教师职务名称及其确定与提升办法的暂行规定》,标志着新中国高校教师职务评审制度的建立。随着我国职称改革的深化 ,高校教师职务评聘制度正在逐步完善 。

In March, 5th, 1960, the State Council issued 'Interim Provisions on the Post and Titles for College Teachers and Measures for Employment and Promotion', which marked the establishment of the employing system for college teachers in New China> With the deepening of China's reform, the employing system for college teachers is being perfected. It is a great trend to establish and perfect the employing system for college teachers which conforms to socialist market economy.
