股票期权是现代企业制度结构的重要内容 ,是适应于现代企业发展比较有效的激励方式。但是实施股票期权是有条件的 ,需要完善的公司法人治理结构、高效公正的资本市场、合理的人才选拔机制与之配合 ,同时还要求相应的法律体系的健全和制度环境的保障。就股票期权制度本身而言 ,也将随着外部条件的变化而不断完善。只有这样 。
