An Analysis of Corporate Governance of IT Listed Company

本文分析了中国某些IT业上市公司企业业绩与员工个人收益非同向变动的现象 ,论述了IT业上市公司治理结构的从业人员主权倾向 。

This article analyzes the coexistence between low income of shareholders and high income of staffs in some Chinese IT listed companies. It points out that the type of corporate governance in IT listed company inclines to staff's equity, which influences the profit distribution and the staff's income in the company. It also argues that the structure of ownership right in some Chinese IT listed company may lead to an invalid supervision of shareholders to the company, which will ultimately harm the shareholders' benefits.
