摘要
本文从用户的角度出发,运用科技情报学原理,试图通过对专业情报机构用户个体、群体的分析,探索用户的类型、特征及行为规律,以验证专业图书情报工作的重点和当前存在的问题,寻找解决问题的方法,为改善专业情报工作提供一些方法,进而促进专业情报工作的发展。
