摘要
从化学净化法制氢过程的工艺特点出发 ,总结出了氢气纯度与原料产氢率之间的关系 ,在此基础上 ,提出了变压吸附与化学净化法的组合净化工艺 ,并对组合净化工艺的技术经济效果进行了初步探讨 ,指出组合净化工艺是制氢装置降低原料消耗和氢气生产成本的有效途径。经测算 ,改造一套 2 0dam3/h的制氢装置 ,需投资 9.2× 10 6 RMB $,每年可节省操作费用 10× 10 6 RMB $,静态投资回收期 10 .5个月。
According to the characteristics of chemical purification for hydrogen manufacture,the relation between hydrogen purity and hydrogen yield of the feedstock was discussed.On this basis,a combination process of PSA and chemical purification method was put forward and its results were explored techno economically.It was pointed out that the combination process can reduce the feedstock consumption and the cost for hydrogen manufacture units.For example,to revamp a hydrogen manufacture unit with a capacity of 20000 m 3/h hydrogen needs 9.2×10 4 RMB$,but the annual operating cost can be saved by 10×10 6 RMB$.The static recovery time of the investment is about 11 months.
