摘要
为了解决重整拔头油中液化石油气组分含量过高 ,不便常压存储和运输的问题 ,把重整装置预处理单元改造成全馏分石脑油加氢流程 ,改造了分馏塔和汽提塔的蒸馏段以及部分换热流程 ,提高了精制油质量 ,增产液化石油气 3t/h 。
To solve the problems of high content of LPG in topped oil,the pretreating part was converted into the full range naphtha hydrotreating process in reforming unit.The distillating zones in fractionator and stripping tower and a part of heat exchange processes were revamped.The quality of refined oil enhanced,the yield of LPG enhanced by 3 t/h and good economic benefits obtained.
