摘要
介绍了应用美国Merichem公司的纤维膜技术处理喷气燃料的工艺过程 :环烷酸萃取 ,硫醇硫氧化 ,水洗以及盐干燥和白土精制。该技术的非分散式纤维膜接触器应用于喷气燃料的苛性钠处理 ,能更有效地脱除环烷酸和硫醇硫 。
A process for jet fuel refining by fiber film contactors of American Merichem Company was introduced.It included naphthentic acid extraction,mercaptan sulfur oxidation,water washing,salt drying and clay treating.Using non dispersive fiber film contactors in jet fuel caustic treating,both naphthentic acid and mercaptan sulfur can be removed effectively without caustic entraining and kerosene emulsion.
