摘要
采用新型高效规整填料、槽盘式气液分布器和槽式液体分布器及带捕液吸能器的双切向环流进料分布器对乌鲁木齐石油化工公司炼油厂的燃料油型减压塔进行改造 ,使常减压蒸馏装置处理量由 2 .5Mt/a提高到 3.0Mt/a ,在近 2 .0Mt/a的标定处理量下 ,压力降由 4kPa下降到 1kPa ,蜡油收率提高 2 .42个百分点 ,蜡油残炭由 0 .6 5 %下降到 0 .2 5 % ,渣油软化点由 30℃提高到 5 0℃ 。
The vacuum distillation tower of Urumqi General Petrochemical Works was revamped by using the new types of structured packing,trough plate distributor,trough distributor,and twin tangential annular deflector with an entrainment trap.After revamping,the processing capacity of the unit enhanced from 250 000 0 t/yr to 300 000 0 t/yr,the pressure drop decreased from 4kPa to 1 kPa,the yield of vacuum gas oil enhanced by 2.42 percentage points,the residue carbon decreased from 0.65% to 0.25% and the softening point of residue enhanced from 30℃ to 50℃.
