摘要
针对炼油厂火炬及长明灯长年燃烧这一浪费能源的典型问题 ,以加工能力为 5 .0Mt/a的炼油厂为例 ,详细分析了现有燃料气系统及管理方法上的缺陷和存在的问题。研制开发了一套以燃料气生产系统为中心 ,包括燃料气用户在内的自动控制及在线监测系统。本监控系统采用上下微机 (PC +PLC)结构 ,闭环控制。全系统由三个子系统组成 :①燃料气管网工作状态监测子系统 ;②高压管网稳压控制子系统 ;③火炬点火控制与监视子系统。该系统具有燃料气压力自动控制、管网工作状态监测、工艺参数打印报表、历史数据管理、火炬自动 /手动点火及监视。
In view of the energy consumption of the flare in refineries,deficiencies and problems in fuel gas system and management were analyzed in detail with an example of a 5000000 t/yr refinery. An autocontrol and on line monitoring system was developed which included a fuel gas production system and a fuel gas user's system.This system adopts an up/down microcomputers(PC+PLC) structure and the closed loop control.It includes three subsystems,i.e.,(1)A subsystem monitoring the working state of the fuel gas pipelines; (2)A subsystem of pressure controlling for high pressure pipelines;(3) A subsystem of flare ignition controlling and monitoring.It has multifunctions of fuel gas pressure autocontrol,pipelines working state monitoring,parameters schedule printing,historical data management,auto/manual flare ignition and monitoring as well as ignition alarming.
