摘要 某 30 0kt/a(P2 O5计 )磷酸、40 0× 2kt/a重过磷酸钙 (TSP)装置 ,为适应市场需求 ,将一套 40 0kt/aTSP和 30 0kt/a磷酸装置采用传统的磷酸浓缩工艺 ,改造为 6 0 0kt/aDAP装置 ,试生产成功、基本达到设计能力后 ,拟利用仍闲置的 40 0kt/aTSP ,并扩建一套 30 0kt/a磷酸装置 ,实现磷酸铵产量翻番的目标。针对传统的磷酸浓缩工艺生产DAP受系统水平衡制约 ,要求浓磷酸中ω(P2 O5)≥ 48% ,浓缩系统加热器中列管易结垢 ,DAP装置中尾气洗涤系统的开车率也欠高 ,扩能方案拟采用传统的磷酸浓缩工艺与中和料浆浓缩工艺相结合的新工艺 ,实现主产粒状DAP、联产粉状MAP ,磷酸铵产量翻番。分析了利用该新工艺生产磷酸铵的优点 ,指出其在实现磷酸铵产量翻番中投资省、能耗低、操作稳定性高 ,并可消化利用本系统磷酸淤渣、含磷废渣 ,也为今后调整产品品种、进一步挖潜改造留有余地。 In order to meet market demand, a plant of 300?kt/a phosphoric acid (as P 2O 5) and 400×2?kt/a TSP is considered to double its ammonium phosphate production capacity by upgrading one of the 400?kt/a TSP units and the 300?kt/a phosphoric acid unit to a 600?kt/a DAP unit using conventional phosphoric acid concentration process, and, if the commissioning is successful such that it meets the designed capacity, by utilizing the remaining 400?kt/a TSP unit with one more 300?kt/a phosphoric acid unit which is to be newly built. In view of defections in the production of DAP using conventional phosphoric acid concentration process such as:1)it is limited by water balance of the system; 2)it requires a ω (P 2O 5) in the concentrated phosphoric acid is larger than or equal to 40%; 3)it is likely to cause scaling in the heater tubes of the concentration system, and, 4)the on stream rate of the tail gas scrubbing system in the DAP plant is not high, a new process integrating the conventional phosphoric acid concentration process and the neutralized slurry concentration process is considered in the capacity expansion plan to produce granular DAP with joint production of power MAP and to double the production capacity. This article looks into the advantages of applying this new process in the ammonium phosphate production in that: 1)it will save investment, minimize energy consumption and increase operating reliability; 2)it will utilize phosphoric sludge and sludge containing phosphorus, and, 3)it leaves room for adjusting production variety and further revamp, in the process of doubling the ammonium phosphate production capacity.
