摘要
以小檗碱母液为原料 ,氨水调pH =8~ 9得土黄色沉淀。酸溶碱沉后除去水溶性杂质 ,得灰色沉淀 ,80℃干燥。乙醚作溶剂 ,40℃水浴连续回流提取 3次 ,每次 2h ,回收溶剂得白色固体。用w(HCl) =5 %的盐酸溶解 ,V(NH3·H2 O)∶V(H2 O) =1∶1的氨水调pH =8 5~ 9,析出无色针晶即为精品小檗胺。产品的收率为 16 % ,质量分数≥ 98%
Using berberine mother liquor as starting material and adjusting pH to 8-9,a gray precipitate is obtained.The water soluble foreign matters are divided by acid dissolving and alkali precipitating.After being exsiccated at 80 ℃,the precipitate is extracted 3 times with ether in a continual reflux assembly over 40 ℃ bain marie for 2 h each time.After drawing over the solvent,a white solid is gained.By dissolving in 5% HCl and adjusting pH to 8.5-9 with ammonia water,the refined berbamine is precipitated as colourless needles.Yield of the product is 16% and the mass percentage of berbamine reaches 98%.
