摘要
测定了木素磺酸钠 (木钠 )在循环冷却水中的分散、阻垢和缓蚀性能。研究发现 ,由于木钠能够大幅度增加碳酸钙颗粒的Zeta电位 ,使其对碳酸钙有较好的分散作用 ;木钠能络合部分Ca2 + ,但是络合能力较弱 ,对碳酸钙的静态阻垢率较低 ,为 2 %~ 5 % ;投加量在小于 5 0× 10 -6kg/L时加快了 2 0 #碳钢的腐蚀 ,大于 10 0× 10 -6kg/L时的缓蚀率为 3%~ 2 0 % 。
In this paper,the scale inhibition and dispersion effects of sodium lignosulfonate (Chinese red pine) on calcium carbonate and its corrosion inhibition to iron are determined and studied.It is found that sodium lignosulfonate has good dispersiong to calcium carbonate which is due to sodium lignosulfnate increases the Zeta potential of particle surface of calcium carbonate.Sodium lignosulfonate is able to complex some calcium ion weakly,so that the scale inhibition ratio of sodium lignosulfonate to calcium carbonate is as little as 2% to 5%.When the concentration of sodium lignosulfonate is less than 50×10 -6 kg/L,the corrosion of carbon steel will accelerate.When the concentration of sodium lignosulfonate is more than 100×10 -6 kg/L,the corrosion inhibition ratio to carbon steel reaches 3% to 20%.It is found that sodium lignosulfonate belongs to cathodic corrosion inhibitor by the method of polarization curve.
