采用含硅聚醚作消泡主剂 ,配以适宜的石油烃溶剂和醚类乳化分散剂制备纤维油剂消泡剂。介绍了消泡主剂、溶剂、乳化分散剂以及三者配比的筛选过程 ,确定最佳消泡剂配方为含硅聚醚质量分数 6 %～ 8%、醚类乳化分散剂质量分数 8%～ 10 %、余量为石油烃 ,其消泡效率达 70

Antifoaming agent for fiber finishes was prepared from silicon polyether with petroleum hydrocarbon and ether emulsion dispersing agent.The selection of main antifoaming material,solvent,emulsion dispersing agent and their compounding ratio was reviewed.The optimum antifoaming agent compounding was w(silion polyether) 6%-8%,w(ether emulsion dispersing agent) 8%-10% and w(petroleum hydrocarbon) margin.The defoaming rate was more than 70%.
