摘要 以苯酚、环氧乙烷为原料 ,在碱性催化剂作用下合成乙二醇苯醚。研究了工艺条件对反应的影响规律 ,得到的最佳工艺条件为 :催化剂用量为苯酚投料质量的 0 4 %~ 0 6% ,n(环氧乙烷 )∶n(苯酚 ) =1 0 5∶1 0 0 ,反应温度 10 0~ 110℃ ,压力对反应的影响较小 ,可在常压下操作。苯酚的转化率达 99 4 % ,乙二醇苯醚的选择性达 98 6%。 Ethylene glycol monophenyl ether was synthesized with phenol and ethylene oxide in the presence of alkaline catalysts. Influence of the technological conditions was studied and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. Thus, amount of catalyst used based on the weight of phenol was 0.4% - 0.6%, mole ratio of ethylene oxide to phenol was 1.05:1.00, and the reaction temperature was 100-110 °C. Pressure had little influence on the reaction, so the reaction could go on at atmospheric pressure. Conversion of phenol and selectivity for ethylene glycol monophenyl ether were 99.4% and 98.6% respectively.
