摘要
富马酸二甲酯是一种新型防腐保鲜剂,对其制备、抗菌特性和应用等方面的研究进展作了评述,表明,开发生产富马酸二甲酯具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Dimethyl fumaricate (DMF) is a novel preservative and keep fresh product. The recent in study of DMF, including its preparation,antibacterial characterization and application,are reviewed briefly. Development and production of DMF obtain gold economic results and social benefits.
