Study on Synthesis of Carbohydrazide from Dimethyl Carbonate

由碳酸二甲酯和水合肼反应合成卡巴肼 ,研究了各反应因素对目的产物的影响 ,其优化工艺条件为 :乙醇为溶剂 ,水合肼和碳酸二甲酯的摩尔比为 2 5∶1,催化剂锌粉的用量为 8 5 % (锌粉与参加反应的各种化合物的总质量之比 ) ,反应回流时间为 7h ,此条件下卡巴肼的收率为 5 4 4%

Carbohydrazide was synthesized with dimethyl carbonate and hydrazine hydrate. Such effect factors as reaction ratio,solvent, reaction time and catalyst, Etc.On the process were investigated. The optimal process parameters were determined.
