采用悬浮液进样技术并结合灵敏度较高的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定饲料样品中的痕量铜 ,对悬浮液介质、基体改进剂进行了选择 ,对灰化和原子化过程进行了探讨。本法的精密度 (RSD)为 4 12 % ,加标收回率为 97 0 %
The trace amounts of copper in fodder have been determined by the more sensitive GFAAS with suspension sampling . In our experiment ,we have selected the medium of suspension and improving agent of matrix,investigated the procedure of ashing and atomization.The precision (RSD)is 4.12 %,the recovery rate is 97.0 %
