摘要
CS即顾客满意,顾客在这里包括两个部分:内部顾客和外部顾客。商业企业实施CS战略,就是要以“CS战略”思想为指导,及时跟踪研究顾客的满意程度,并依此设立和改进目标,调整企业营销服务环节,在顾客中树立良好的企业形象,增强企业竞争力。
CS means customers satisfaction. Customers here include both the consumers within and outside enterprises. For commercial enterprises,the implementation of CS strategy means being guided by CS strategies. They should take a follow-up research in the degree of customers' satisfaction and set up their objectives and improve them and adjust the enterprise's marketing links and service links so as to establish a good image among customers,thus to strengthen enterprise's competitiveness.
