酶制剂对雏鹅几种组织胰岛素样生长因子水平的影响 被引量:2

EFFECTS OF AN ENZUME PREPARATION ON IGF-Ⅰ LEVELS IN THE BLOOD LIVER AND MUSCLE OF GOSLINGS

摘要 1 6只 7日龄的杂交雏鹅 (川白×太湖 ) ,随机分成试验和对照两组 ,笼养 ,随着采食和饮水 ,连续光照。饲以米糠基础日粮 ,试验组日粮中添加 0 .2 %的浙江酶制剂。 2 1日龄捕杀 ,采取血液、肝脏和肌肉样品 ,以RIA法测定其中IGF Ⅰ的含量。结果表明 ,相同重量不同组织的IGF Ⅰ以肝脏和肌肉中为高 ,分别较血液中高 71 .95 % (P <0 .0 1 )和71 .70 % (P <0 .0 1 )。添加酶制剂后 ,肝脏和肌肉中的IGF Ⅰ分别较血液中高 1 7.2 3 % (P <0 .0 1 )和 98.81 % (P <0 .0 1 ) ;肌肉中的IGF Ⅰ较对照组高 2 3 .55 % (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而肝脏中IGF Ⅰ含量却较对照低 2 7.2 6 % (P <0 .0 1 ) ,血液中的IGF Ⅰ水平有升高的趋势。以上结果提示 :在鹅的快速生长期 ,肝脏和肌肉中较高的IGF Ⅰ水平有利于动物的生长需要。添加酶制剂后 ,酶制剂能使肝脏合成的IGF Ⅰ ,血液中与IGFBP结合的IGF Ⅰ大量释放 ,并转移到肌肉中 ,使肌肉中IGF Ⅰ的水平显著升高 ,加快肌肉生长 。 Sixteen 7-day-old goslings were randomly allotted to the control group and the enzyme treated group. The basic diet, containing 30% rice bran, was supplemented with a Zhejiang commercial enzyme preparation at 0.2% in the experimental phase, which lasted for 2 weeks. Blood, liver and muscle samples were taken on day 21 and IGF Ⅰ in them was measured by radioimmunoassay. IGF Ⅰ level in the liver and the muscle was shown to be 71.95% and 71.70% higher than that in the blood ( P <0.01), respectively. In the treated group, IGF Ⅰ level in the liver and the muscle was shown to be 17.23% and 98.81% higher than that in the blood ( P <0.01), respectively. IGF Ⅰ content in the muscle of the treated group was 23.55% higher and that in the liver was 27.26% lower than that in the control group. Such results suggest that higher IGF Ⅰ levels of the liver and muscle may be beneficial to the fast growth of goslings and that enriching rice bran-based diet with enzyme preparation(s) may promote IGF Ⅰ synthesis in the liver and help the release of IGFBP-bonded IGF Ⅰ from the blood and its transfer to the muscle, thus accelerating muscle growth.
