摘要
在室内循环水族缸内 ,选用进口鱼粉、国产鱼粉、菜饼、双低菜粕、豆粕、棉粕、玉米胚芽粕、酒糟粉、麦麸、稻谷和米糠等 1 1种饲料原料 ,从方法学上探讨影响草鱼消化率的因素。试验结果表明 :⑴草鱼消化率测定时 ,配合饲料应过40目筛 ;⑵试验饲料由基础饲料和试验原料以 7∶3的比例配制 ,其消化值优于直接用饲料原料配制成的试验饲料所得的消化值 ;⑶外源指示剂 (Cr2 O3 )法和内源指示剂AIA4N(酸不溶灰分 )法对测定结果影响不显著 (P >0 .0 5)。总之 ,草鱼消化率测定以Cr2 O3 为指示物 ,原料粉碎过 40目筛 ,试验饲料由基础饲料和试验原料以 7∶3的比例配制 。
A comparative study of digestibility determination between different methods was conducted with 11 feed ingredients. Both determination methods, one with Cr 2O 3 and the other with AIA 4N as the index substance, proved reliable, and therefore Cr 2O 3 is recommended as the index substance. 40-mesh powder of the compound feed appeared preferable for digestibility determination. Pelleted mixture of reference diet (70%) and feed ingredients (30%) is recommended as test diet, as the results of digestibility determination would be more in agreement with fish digestion physiology.
