摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法测定头孢氨苄的含量 ,并对其测定条件进行了研究。同时与经典碘量法比较测定头孢氨苄胶囊 ,结果表明 ,测量浓度范围 ,本法操作简单、准确、灵敏度高。
In this paper,the authors Adopt UV spectrophotometry to determine the content of.cefalexin and compare with the sutra iodimetry.The result shows that the method is simple,accurale and sensitive.
