摘要
遥感技术在现代水利研究和管理中应用很广 ,特别在对下垫面植被、水系、地形地貌、土壤含水、人类活动研究中 ,具有传统手段无法达到的精度 .试图探索将遥感技术、计算机技术 ,同经验的水文预报方法相结合 ,采用新安江三水源模型 ,研究吉林省辉发河流域水文特性和洪水预报 ,为洪水预报方法的研究拓展了空间 。
Remote sensing technique has been extensively applied in the research and management of modern water conservancy and got rather accuracy that traditional approaches are unable to reach especially in researches on vegetation,river system,landform and relief,soil water and human activities.This paper attempts to probe the integral methods of techniques of remote sensing and computer combine with experimental hydrological model to research hydrological features and flood forecast of Huifa River Basin in Jilin province and enlarge the area of flood forecast.
