过氧乙酸的稳定性及稳定剂的研究

为考察含量为４０％左右过氧乙酸的稳定性及适宜的稳定剂，选择了五种化学试剂，分别添加在 ４０％过氧乙酸中并分别进行了恒温３８±１℃和室温避光条件下的含量监测．实验结果如下：恒温３８±１℃条件下稳定剂的稳定效果为焦磷酸钠＞硫氰酸钾＞草酸＞水杨酸＞ＥＤＴＡ；室温避光条件下稳定剂的稳定效果为焦磷酸钠＞水杨酸＞硫氰酸钾＞草酸＞ＥＤＴＡ。结果表明，五种稳定剂对延长４０％过氧乙酸的稳定期均有明显效果，其中焦磷酸钠、硫氰酸钾等含Ｐ、Ｓ元素的稳定剂效果较好。

To study the stability and stabilizers of 40% peracetic acid, the concentration of peracetic acid were respectively determined with five kinds of stabilizers in. Under38±1℃ and room temperature, the effect of stabilizers were: sodium pyrophosphate>potassium sulfocyanate>.oxalic acid >.salicylic acid>EDTA and sodium pyrophosphate>salicylic acid >potassium sulfocyanate>oxalic acid > EDTA. The results showed that all of the five stabilizers had obvious effect on extending the store time of peracetic acid, the stabilizers which contain the P. S etc elements showed the best effect.
