摘要
利用扫描电镜和光学显微镜对水棘针(Amethystea caerulea L.)叶表面着生的腺毛进行了观察。研究发现,水棘针叶表面只具头状腺毛。该腺毛的头部由两层分泌细胞组成,这是腺毛在发育过程中,其分泌细胞的原始细胞在垂周分裂后又进行了平周分裂的结果。
Glandular hairs on fotiar surface of Amenthystea caerulea L. were investgated. There in one type of glandular hairs, its head consist of secretary cessls of two layers. It was proved that the pericilinal division of initial cells of secretary cessl further after the anticlinal divisions. The discovery of new type of glandular hairs is significant meaning in taxonomy.
