用不同激素处理 ,选择不同部位的插条和不同扦插时期等方法对蜡梅扦插繁殖技术进行了研究 .结果表明 ,用 5 0mg/LNAA ,5 0mg/LIBA或 2 5ml/LIBA +2 5mg/LNAA水溶液处理效果较好 ,成活率分别达到 5 4% ,5 2 .9%和 5 5 .5 % ,并以一年生半木质化枝条的中上部切段扦插成活率为高 ,扦插时期选择在 8月初至

The breeding technology of wintersweet cuttage was studied through the experiment with different hormone treating, different place cutting and different cuttage period. The result showed the effect was better to adopt 50?mg/L NAA, 50?mg/L IBA and 25?mg/L IBA+ 25?mg/L NAA to treat and their survival rate were 54%, 52.9% and 55.8% separately. Cuttage period from August to first ten_day of September should be chosed. If cutting was cut from the centeral or upper part of the yearly xylem branch, the effeet was the best.
